Job summary

Osi Vision, LLC seeks a Senior Contract Specialist to support the Federal Transit Administration’s Office of Acquisition Management with full lifecycle acquisition expertise. You will lead planning, solicitation, evaluation, awards, and post-award administration while ensuring compliance with FAR and agency procedures.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with government personnel, and experience with various contract types and procurement mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with eight+ years of relevant contracting experience.
• Senior-level federal acquisition experience (FAC III) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of government contracts incl. Firm-Fixed-Price, FP-EPA, Labor Hour, T&M.
• Familiarity with FAR procedures and federal contracting systems.

Responsibilities

• Support cradle-to-grave procurement actions from planning through closeout.
• Meet with officials to support planning and execution.
• Provide senior-level acquisition expertise across the lifecycle.
• Assist with pre-award and post-award data analysis and reporting.
• Review and edit acquisition documents for clarity and sufficiency.
• Maintain updates in government tracking tools and systems.
