Job summary

Osi Vision is seeking a Contract Specialist to provide acquisition and contract administration support to the Federal Transit Administration’s Office of Acquisition Management. This role covers planning, market research, solicitation prep, contract administration, modifications, and closeout.

You will develop and track acquisition documentation, support Government acquisition personnel, and apply FAR/GSAR rules to a range of contract types, including FFP, cost reimbursable, and IDIQ vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of relevant acquisition or contracting experience.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide mid-level acquisition support across procurement stages.
• Prepare and review acquisition documents and SOW/SOO/PWS.
• Maintain tracking and status updates for contract actions.
