Job summary

Osi Vision, LLC is seeking an Acquisition Liaison to support the Federal Transit Administration’s Office of Acquisition Management and program offices with acquisition package development, procurement coordination, contract management support, and effective communication between technical and acquisition personnel.

The Liaison will support the full lifecycle of acquisitions, from requirement development through contract administration and closeout, including SOWs, IGE, market research, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher.
At least five years of relevant acquisition experience.
Experience with FAR and procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

Support acquisition and contract management activities for FTA divisions.
Provide acquisition SME support to program/technical staff.
Assist with full lifecycle acquisition tasks from planning to closeout.
Prepare purchase request packages and input into contracting systems.
Review acquisition documentation for compliance and accuracy.
Coordinate with COR and Contract Specialist on funding and milestones.
Develop acquisition planning materials and source selection criteria.
