Job summary

DJS Financial Services LLC is seeking a highly experienced Principal Contract Specialist / Program Manager to provide senior-level federal acquisition support and on-site contract management in a demanding environment.

The role requires extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS, complex procurement processes, and government supervisory practices, with responsibility for coordinating daily operations and communicating with government teams and corporate leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in government contracting including IDIQ and task orders.
• Minimum three years of government supervisory experience with documented dates.
• Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and procurement policies.
• Experience using automated acquisition systems: ePS, SPS/PD2, PRISM, PIEE.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree; business/contracting discipline preferred; degree verifiable on resume.
• Two current certifications, one contracting and one program management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site contract manager and senior contracting SME.
• Oversee daily contract performance and compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, workloads, and attendance tracking.
• Conduct QA reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain communication with government representatives and leadership.
• Identify risks and recommend process improvements.
• Support performance evaluations and professional development.
