Job summary

ECC in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Federal Contracts Manager to act as the internal SME for federal contracting, overseeing GSA MAS administration, pre/post award activities, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Finance, and Operations. This exempt, hybrid role reports to leadership and partners with Business Development and Engineering to maximize government contracting opportunities while ensuring compliance with FAR, GSAM, and DFARS regulations. Salary range $125k–$170k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive federal government contract administration and management experience.
• Experience administering and reporting under a GSA MAS contract.
• Experience supporting proposal development, contract negotiations, and post-award contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal contract administration and post-award activities across the contract lifecycle.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS/GSAM compliance and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Business Development to support contracts.
• Manage GSA MAS modifications, pricing, and reporting requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison with government customers and internal stakeholders.
