Responsibilities

• Design and run a service-centric delivery model for federal contracting across pre- to post-award
• Align contracting capacity with capture strategies and pipeline growth
• Maintain a unified federal contracting framework (FAR/DFARS, templates, SOPs)
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical contracting guidance with OGC
• Lead a high-performing contracting organization and scale adoption of CLM/AI tools
