Job summary

INDRA AIR TRAFFIC INC. is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee end-to-end contract management. The role acts as the primary contractual interface with customers and ensures regulatory compliance, advising leadership on contract-related decisions.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in federal procurement and strong negotiation skills, with experience in defense or aerospace government contracts and direct interaction with contracting officers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with government contractor in defense or aerospace, managing contracts with U.S. government customers.
• Experience with FAR and DFARS from the contractor/seller side, including proposal support, contract negotiation, and compliance.
• Working knowledge of government contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ).
• Experience interfacing directly with government contracting officers as the contractor's representative.
• U.S. citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lead for end-to-end contract management.
• Review, negotiate, and administer contract terms and conditions with customers
• Track key contractual deadlines and ensure alignment of documentation with program requirements
• Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations and serve as the primary customer interface on related compliance matters
• Advise on contractual and business decision-making, supporting program performance and client relationship management
• Act as the primary company interface with customer contracting officers and procurement agents
