Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
5–10 years of progressive IT experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, or IT operations.
Experience in regulated environments such as government contracting, manufacturing, or aerospace.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and support activities across the organization.
Oversee servers, networks, endpoints, cloud services, and IT infrastructure lifecycle management.
Drive cybersecurity controls, compliance with federal contracting requirements, and audits.
Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans and test regularly.
Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and HR to align IT solutions with business needs.
Provide technical leadership and escalation support for complex IT issues.
Manage IT projects, deployments, patches, and migrations with timely delivery.
