The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment, and experience with government contracting types such as FP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, IDIQ, and GSA.

Qualifications

• BA degree and 8+ years of relevant contract experience.
• Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract compliance.
• Experience with government contracts (FP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, IDIQ, GSA).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for government and commercial contracts.
• Negotiate and review contracts with customers, vendors, and subs.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies.
• Support proposal development and RFP analysis.
• Maintain contract documentation, modifications, and status reports.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and corporate leadership on complex transactions.
