Job summary

Dobbs Defense Solutions seeks a Senior Contract Administrator to lead federal contract lifecycle management from proposal through closeout, ensuring compliance with FARs, company policies and customer requirements.

The role partners with Executive Leadership, Program Management, Finance, Business Development and HR, with on-site work in Maryland, focusing on contract risk management, bids evaluation and performance work statement development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Acquisition Management, Government Contracting or a related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of managing full contract lifecycle from proposal development through contract closeout.
• NCMA CPCM, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), DAWIA Contracting Certification or equivalent.
• Experience working with a DCAA-compliant federal government contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from proposal development through contract closeout.
• Communicate with suppliers/vendors for company events and products.
• Perform contract administration functions for all assigned contracts.
• Build and maintain contracts within Unanet ERP.
• Evaluate bids and proposals for compliance, purchase descriptions and applicable clause.
• Assist and provide guidance to develop performance work statements and specification documents.
