Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science or 6 years related experience.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, Government contracting, or aviation procurement preferred.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• ITAR compliance: must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Oversees outsourcing of part repair, maintenance, overhaul and delivery.
• Develops and manages repair vendors and ongoing relationships.
• Reviews, negotiates and supports vendor quotes and contracts.
• Analyzes program performance and KPIs.
• Ensures timely flow of parts with other departments.
• Manages vendor and order processes to meet customer commitments.
• Ensures compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
• Supports audits with various departments.
• Suggests process improvements for efficiency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
