Qualifications

• 7+ years of cradle-to-grave contract management experience in government or government-support roles.
• Experience providing contractual advice and actionable recommendations to government clients on complex acquisition rules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoW 5000 series regulations and related policies.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise contracting and acquisition documentation across the lifecycle (APs, SOWs, PWSs, SSPS, J&As, D&F, CDRL).
• Provide guidance on pre- and post-award contracting procedures and policies for DoW/Navy programs.
• Advise government clients and perform analyses to ensure compliance with regulations and procurement requirements.
• Support pre‑award planning, source selection, and post‑award contract administration for complex Naval/DoW systems.
