Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Naval Acquisition Analyst, Mid to support pre- and post-award activities across the DoD contracting lifecycle. You will help develop and maintain documentation for acquisition programs and audits.

Requirements include 5+ years in DoD/federal contract management, team leadership, FAR/DFARS fluency, and the ability to draft pre-award documentation; a Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with DoW, Department of Navy, or federal contract management or contract administration.
• Experience leading a team of contract analysts and overseeing the management of multiple contracts, and with procurement and contract writing systems.
• Experience drafting pre-award acquisition documents and post-award contract management documents, including acquisition plans, acquisition strategies, Statements of Work, RFP packages, contract modifications, and technical instructions.
• Experience navigating and using the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System (DFARS).
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications and tools.
• Knowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition laws and regulations.
• Ability to independently draft all pre-award documentation for an RFP package.
• Ability to independently analyze contracting and financial metrics.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-award, award, and post-award activities.
• Develop and maintain acquisition and program-related documentation.
• Support STRAPs, J&As, RFP packages, TIs, TARs, PRs, CDRLs, and DD 254s.
• Provide program management support for data calls, reviews, and audits.
• Monitor contract financial allocations, obligations, and expenditures.
