Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Naval Acquisition Analyst, Senior to serve as a liaison to government and support pre- and post-award federal contracts. You will manage acquisition documentation, assist with STRAPs, J&As, RFPs, RFIs, and DD 254s, and oversee contract actions and deliverables.

The role requires DoD/Navy contract management experience, FAR/DFARS knowledge, and the ability to independently draft pre-award documentation. A secret clearance and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in DoW, Navy, or federal contract management or contract administration.
• Familiarity with pre-award acquisition documents and processes.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and government contracting practices.
• Ability to independently draft pre-award documentation and manage contract artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-award, award, and post-award activities and program management duties.
• Develop and maintain acquisition and program documentation, STRAPs and J&As.
• Support contract status reviews, data calls, audits, and government deliverables.
