Qualifications

• 6+ years of federal contract management experience.
• Experience with DoW or Navy Acquisition Category (ACAT) processes.
• Experience developing acquisition and procurement materials (contract strategy, acquisition plans, SOWs, etc.).
• Experience preparing responses to data calls, briefings, and program reviews.
• Ability to interpret procurement statutes, policies, and regulations.
• Secret clearance and bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of DoW/DoN systems and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end contract lifecycle and program management support (pre-/award/post-award).
• Analyze cost/price data, conduct program reviews, and track milestones and spend plans.
• Prepare and review acquisition materials and correspondence.
• Provide guidance on contracting methods, types, and exportability.
