Job summary

Socket.dev is looking for a seasoned Construction Scheduler to lead the development of project schedules and monitor progress with stakeholders. The role involves CPM logic, risk assessment, and coordination across Preconstruction, Procurement and Construction teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in a related field, 6+ years of experience, and familiarity with Primavera P6. Travel and site presence are expected as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or related field with 6+ years of related experience.
• Scheduling Certification (AACE, PSP, PMI-SP) a plus.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and scheduling tools such as Acumen Fuse or Change Inspector.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of construction project schedules with stakeholders and team.
• Monitor progress against defined schedule and assess risks.
• Collaborate with departments to prepare detailed schedules and align with GMP submissions.
• Maintain project schedule dashboards and perform time impact analyses.
• Apply Last Planner System and CCP/critical path methods to schedules.
