Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour certification is required.
• USACE CQM Certification is required.
• Experience with Procore and RMS on federal projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan per Army Corps Three Phases of Control.
• Review and certify submittals, plans, and specifications for contract compliance.
• Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
• Manage and coordinate quality control activities, including inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system and address non-conformance.
