Job summary

CCI General Contractors LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee quality across federal construction projects based at Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX. The role requires strong knowledge of federal standards, safety regulations, and the ability to lead teams and coordinate testing and evaluations with approved facilities.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour required.
• USACE CQM Certification.
• Experience with Procore and RMS.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF.
• Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan for projects in accordance with the Army Corps Three Phases of Control.
• Review and certify that all submittals, plans, and specifications comply with contract requirements, while coordinating required evaluations and testing by approved personnel or facilities.
• Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards and reduce recurring deficiencies.
• Manage and coordinate quality control activities, including inspections to verify that materials, workmanship, and project deliverables meet required specifications.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system, address non-conformance issues, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
