Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years on federal government projects.
• OSHA 30 certified (can be obtained after employment).
• Construction Quality Control For Contractors certified (can be obtained after employment).
• Experience with OSHA, EM 385-1-1 and other regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials, workmanship, and repairs comply with contract, plans, specifications and building codes.
• Review and approve all submittals and perform daily inspections of the work.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports; monitor project progress.
• Create and manage project submittal registers and QC plans; coordinate third-party testing.
• Provide onsite QC oversight and leadership; document changes in construction procedures.
