Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, reporting, managing change orders, monitoring schedules, verifying payments and as-built drawings, and ensuring QA and safety plans are followed. Experience with RMS 3.0 and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and submit reports on federal construction projects for compliance with contract, design documents, plans and specifications.
• Provide recommendations or changes to government personnel regarding contract plans and specs for all construction phases.
• Monitor contractor’s quality system and administer the three-phase inspection process.
• Provide surveillance at construction sites and assist owner in problem resolution.
• Deliver and review change orders, modifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Monitor contractor’s schedule and review payment requests and as-built drawings.
