- Experience with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, roofing, and general building trades.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspections on federal construction projects for workmanship, materials, installation, and construction methods.
- Submit reports and provide recommendations to government personnel on plans and specifications.
- Monitor contractor’s quality system and administer the three-phase inspection process.
- Review change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contractual payments for accuracy.
- Verify as-built drawings and adherence to QA and safety plans; use RMS for documentation.
