Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale federal construction programs in California. You will own estimating through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of vertical federal construction PM experience, including design-build with agencies such as USACE, NAVFAC, or USAF. US citizenship and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in vertical federal construction.
• Experience with design-build and tenant improvements.
• US citizenship and valid driver’s license required.
• Experience managing federal projects for USACE/NAVFAC/USAF or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of federal construction projects from estimating to closeout.
• Develop budgets, cost estimates, proposals, and bids while monitoring profitability.
• Manage schedules, procurement, materials, labor, and subcontractors.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, permits, design changes, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulations and serve as client contact.
