The role sits primarily on the job site with occasional travel to the office for trainings and meetings. You will drive safety, contract compliance, and client relations while mentoring teams and coordinating with business development to align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 12-18+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety and contract requirements.
• Verifies accuracy of project financial forecast, notices, and billings.
• Leads development of GMP/Lump Sum submission and manages design phase of projects.
• Oversees schedule planning and multi-project execution, addressing risks and mitigation.
• Manages subcontracting strategy and buyout processes; negotiates contracts and purchase orders.
• Drives BIM/VDC coordination and collaborates with BD to align with sales strategies.
