Gilbane Federal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead on-site direction, coordination, and the financial outcome of large or complex construction projects. The initial project is located in Panama City, Florida, with projects across the Continental United States and 100% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8-12+ years of experience in federal construction.
• Experience on a $100M+ project.
• Federal construction experience.
• Familiarity with P6 and Procore; CMiC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops project safety plan and provides jobsite leadership.
• Manages project controls, forecasting, and contract compliance.
• Leads subcontracting strategy and buyout process.
• Creates CPM schedule and coordinates across teams.
• Drives risk mitigation, contracts, and change management.
• Leads career development and fosters a positive work environment.
