Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale federal construction design-build projects across TX and AZ. You will manage schedules, budgets, and quality from planning through completion, coordinating with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes self-perform work oversight and experience with high-dollar projects. Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, HeavyBid/HeavyJob, and related PM tools is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager
• Experience with a General Contractor or electrical, civil, steel, mechanical, or structural subcontractor
• Must have experience overseeing self-perform work across any trade
• Experience managing projects valued over $20M in budget
• Federal construction project experience (CBP, USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, DHS, AF, DOT, city/state, municipal)
• Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, HeavyBid/HeavyJob or equivalent PM software

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project
• Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Utilize Bluebeam for drawing review and markups
• Ensure compliance with federal requirements, safety standards, and quality controls
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts using HeavyBid/HeavyJob
• Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout
