Globalsoft Talent Solutions is seeking a driven Construction Project Manager for federal infrastructure projects, with offices in the Pottstown, PA and Alexandria, VA area. You will lead the full construction lifecycle, coordinating field operations, subcontractors, and schedules to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with design-build projects, including safety, QA/QC, and DoD interfaces.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 10+ years of design-build construction management experience preferred for some contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
• Experience with federal government or DoD projects desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design-build projects from award through final acceptance and closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and construction timelines.
• Coordinate with superintendents, field staff, and subcontractors to drive progress.
• Oversee field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Interface with clients and DoD representatives, providing regular progress updates.
