Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in construction/design roles; 7+ years as PM.
• US citizenship; ability to obtain security clearance; fluent English.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license required.
• ProCore, MS Office, MS Project, Outlook; Timberline experience a bonus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing projects valued between $1M–$15M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design and construction teams across multiple projects.
• Communicate with clients to understand expectations and provide updates.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and subcontractor agreements.
• Oversee compliance with plans, codes, and safety regulations.
