Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction/design roles including 7+ years as a Design/Design-Build PM.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain basic security clearance; fluent English.
• PE or RA license required; ProCore and MS Office suite experience; Timberline bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design and construction teams across multiple projects.
• Communicate with clients to understand expectations and provide updates.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and subcontractor agreements.
• Oversee compliance with plans, codes, and safety regulations.
• Support bidding and estimating processes.
• Prepare reports, invoices, and project documentation.
• Resolve issues and delays quickly and effectively.
• Participate in business development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Ensure quality control and promote safety culture.
• Collaborate across departments and with senior leadership.
