Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 10+ years as a PM with office-fit-out project experience up to $5 million, supporting critical government facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project delivery including cost, schedule, quality, information, and contracts.
• Coordinate agency facility needs and manage budgets, schedules, scope, design and construction contracts and documents.
• Review design and consultant invoices and contractor requisitions for payment; handle change orders.
• Assist GSA to resolve design-, construction-, occupancy-related issues and disputes.

Job description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts). Specific responsibilities include:

• Working with agency to confirm agency’s facility needs,
• Managing budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assigned project
• Managing review process for design and consultant invoices and contractor requisitions for payment
• Change order management
• Assisting GSA to resolve design-related, construction-related issues and occupancy-related issues
• Supporting GSA in resolving disputes.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or Architecture,
• Experience managing office fit-out projects with values up to $5 million,
• At least 10 years’ experience as a project manager.
