Job summary

Coast and Harbor Associates is seeking experienced Project Managers for Washington, DC area projects. Candidates must have at least ten years’ experience managing the design and construction of new or renovated buildings, with responsibility across pre-construction, construction, and occupancy phases.

The ideal candidate will have led projects valued at $15 million or more, and will be skilled in budgeting, scheduling, QA, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years experience managing design and construction of new or renovated buildings.
• Experience managing projects valued at least $15 million.
• Developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and schedules.
• Providing quality assurance during design and construction.
• Evaluating proposed modifications and change orders.
• Utilizing current electronic project management software.
• Working closely with the project owner to prepare regular reports and presentations.

Coast and Harbor Associates (Coast and Harbor) assists public, private, and institutional owners and users of real estate to manage the design and construction of their projects. We are seeking experienced Project Managers for projects in the Washington D.C. area. Successful candidates must have at least ten years' experience managing the design and construction of new or renovated buildings. The Project Manager will have responsibilities during the pre-construction, construction, and occupancy phases of their projects.

Candidates Must Have Experience

• Managing projects with values of at least $15 million,
• Developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and schedules,
• Providing quality assurance during design and construction,
• Evaluating proposed modifications and change orders,
• Utilizing current electronic project management software, and
• Working closely with the project owner to successfully manage projects, including preparing regular reports and making presentations to senior management.

The Ideal Candidates Will Have

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field,
• Experience managing projects for one or more Federal agencies,
• Experience managing projects that involved meeting LEED and SITE criteria,
• Experience working in remote locations.
