Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of applicable Federal construction inspection experience.
• Experience with DoD or USACE projects is preferred.
• Experience with quality control and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers surveillance reports on construction for compliance with plans and specs.
• Supports investigation and preparation of change orders.
• Develops detailed inspection requirements and control methods.
• Observes construction phases and advises project team of delays.
• Performs inspections and completes daily site reports with comments on safety and progress.
