Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, OH seeks a Government Compliance Sr. Manager to ensure our cloud and data center infrastructure meets federal procurement, supply chain, facility security, and cybersecurity mandates.

You will lead programs for ICD 705, CMMC 2.0, DPAS, BAA/TAA, GIDEP, and ITAR/EAR, partner with Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing, and drive risk assessments and procedural compliance across global deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 7+ years federal compliance experience (or 5+ with Top Secret/SCI).
• GIDEP admin and counterfeit alert handling.
• ICD 705 SCIF accreditation experience.
• FAR/DFARS procurement knowledge; ITAR/EAR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ICD 705 compliance for SCIFs and SAPFs in data centers.
• Lead CMMC governance and NIST SP 800-171 controls in data centers.
• Embed compliance in procurement workflows; coordinate with Legal, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
• Manage DPAS priority ratings and BAA/TAA supply chains.
• Oversee GIDEP reporting and counterfeit alert processes; conduct root-cause investigations.
