Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Senior Program Engineer to lead large-scale IT services and cloud initiatives across engineering, security, compliance and operations. Drive modernization, disaster recovery, IaC automation and compliance readiness for FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

You will shape technical priorities, manage cross-team dependencies, strengthen observability, and guide the IT Services & Cloud Operations team in a fast-growing, security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services or cloud infrastructure environments.
• 4+ years leading technical programs or complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, STIG or DoD CC SRG.
• Strong AWS experience: ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM; GovCloud a plus.
• IaC and cloud automation with Terraform; automated deployment pipelines.
• Observability and incident-management in modern platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end federal platform, IT services and infra programs.
• Define program strategy, priorities, milestones and success criteria.
• Oversee cloud initiatives across AWS GovCloud, ensuring security and resilience.
• Coordinate Infrastructure-as-Code for GovCloud including Terraform.
• Lead disaster recovery with cross-region failover and RTO/RPO validation.
• Drive Zero Trust initiatives including KeeperPAM deployment and SCIM.
• Support FedRAMP High hardening, STIG validation and continuous compliance.
• Collaborate with Security and CISO to maintain audit readiness.
• Improve deployment pipelines and reduce release friction.
• Champion automated testing, security scanning and release governance.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and monitor incident response across envs.
• Mentor Federal Platform Operations engineers as the team grows.
