Keeper Security, Inc. in Chicago, IL, seeks a Senior Program Engineer to lead large-scale IT services and cloud initiatives across Engineering, Security, Compliance and Operations. You will shape technical priorities, drive automation, and strengthen observability in secure environments.

The role requires deep technical depth, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to deliver in regulated federal-grade contexts while aligning with commercial needs.

Formación

• 8+ years in IT services, cloud infrastructure or related environments.
• 4+ years leading technical programs or cross-functional projects.
• Experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, STIG or DoD Cloud SRG.
• Strong AWS experience (ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM).
• Knowledge of IaC and cloud automation (Terraform, etc.).
• Security-focused, compliance-aware, high-security environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end federal platform and cloud modernization programs.
• Define strategy, milestones and success criteria with cross-functional leaders.
• Oversee GovCloud initiatives and cross-region disaster recovery planning.
• Coordinate IaC, automated deployments and release governance.
• Mentor engineers and manage program timelines and risks.
• Ensure FedRAMP, DoD IL5, SOC2 and ISO 27001 alignment.
