You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in civil works, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in civil works.
• Experience managing multi-discipline teams and DoD/federal projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline design projects from kick-off through construction.
• Serve as primary client contact from start to finish.
• Develop proposals and scopes with discipline leads and negotiate fees.
• Facilitate communications plans and conduct status reviews with stakeholders.
• Monitor project financials, schedules, and staffing.
• Uphold Jacobs Quality Program across project documents.
