Job summary

Onebrief is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to secure federal contracts, grants, and programs in the US market. You will develop and execute capture strategies, working cross-functionally with Sales, Contracts, Product, Engineering, Security, and Customer Relations to align customer needs with Onebrief capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of federal capture management, business development, proposal development and related roles.
• Experience with US federal procurement processes and contracting vehicles (FAR/DFARS).
• Ability to travel up to 30% and obtain secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex US federal capture efforts from strategy to contract closure.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to shape winning solutions.
• Align government program requirements with Onebrief capabilities and contracting needs.
• Represent Onebrief with government customers and partners, building relationships and ensuring compliance.
