Job summary

Onebrief is seeking a Senior Capture Manager in the Washington, DC area to secure federal contracts, grants, and programs across the U.S. government market.

You will create and execute capture strategies, align customer needs with Onebrief capabilities, and collaborate with program leadership, Sales, Contracts, and Product to develop winning solutions. You will lead and shape negotiations, drive win strategies, and surface customer requirements to inform product roadmaps and sales priorities

Qualifications

• 9+ years in federal capture management, business development, proposal writing, or related roles.
• Experience with US federal procurement processes and DFARS/FAR.
• Led federal and DoD capture efforts.
• Understanding of congressional and defense budgeting processes.
• Experience with Shipley lifecycle.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Travel up to 30% and ability to obtain secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex US federal capture efforts across customers, stakeholders, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business specialists to shape strategies.
• Align government program requirements with Onebrief’s capabilities and contracting needs.
• Influence company strategy to support goals.
• Apply knowledge of government contract regulations, security, audit, and compliance.
• Represent Onebrief with government customers and regulators, ensuring compliance.
• Support proposal preparation, contract review, negotiation, and shaping language.
• Surface customer needs to inform product roadmaps and sales priorities.
• Identify efficiencies across capture and program lifecycle.
