Job summary

Maltego Federal LLC is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader with TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain) to win large, multi-year federal deals across DoD, IC, and civilian agencies. You will build capture strategies, orchestrate opportunities over $1M, and shape contracting approaches to deliver enterprise value.

You will manage senior government relationships, forecast pipeline in Salesforce, and travel up to 30% while operating without a mature playbook to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Active clearance: TS/SCI or ability to obtain.
• 8+ years enterprise sales, incl 5+ years SaaS/cyber OSINT to federal agencies.
• Existing DoD/IC/federal civilian agency relationships.
• Proven capture leadership across pre-RFP, requirements shaping, and complex multi-year deals.
• Ability to build processes and lead without a mature playbook.
• Fluency with FAR/DFARS, GSA Schedules, GWACs, and FedRAMP/CUI considerations for SaaS.
• High proficiency with Salesforce and capture-management tooling; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and run Maltego's federal capture strategy for DoD, IC, and civilian agencies.
• Source and orchestrate $1M+ multi-year opportunities via outbound programs.
• Coordinate capture end-to-end: RFIs, RFPs, and contract-vehicle strategy.
• Develop senior government relationships to win complex deals.
• Translate platform capabilities into mission-specific value propositions.
• Own forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce; weekly updates.
• Represent Maltego at federal industry days; travel up to 30%.
