Constellation Brands in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Homeland Security team. The role provides senior-level project and acquisition program management support to federal government initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving program execution.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management or acquisition program management, with DHS/CBP acquisition experience preferred. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree is required, and U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, acquisition program management, federal program support, or a related field.
• Experience supporting federal government acquisition programs and PMOs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level briefings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project and acquisition program management activities, including alignment with milestones, schedules, cost, and performance requirements.
• Provide acquisition lifecycle support: planning, requirements development, governance, and milestone readiness.
• Develop and maintain acquisition strategies, plans, CDPs, and other program documentation.
• Create IMS, POA&Ms, risk registers, and other PM artifacts.
• Establish PMO processes, governance, SOPs, and reporting structures.
• Coordinate with senior government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Lead risk management, change control, and configuration management.
• Prepare executive briefings, decision papers, and status reports.
