Job summary

Constellation Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Homeland Security team.

You will provide senior-level project and acquisition program management support to federal initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving program execution. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience with federal acquisition lifecycles, DHS/CBP exposure preferred, and the ability to develop strategies, schedules, key documents, and executive briefings for senior

Qualifications

8+ years in project management or acquisition program management.
Experience supporting federal government acquisition programs and PMOs.
Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent written and verbal communication for executive briefings and reports.
Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's required.

Responsibilities

Lead project and acquisition program management activities aligned with milestones and budgets.
Provide lifecycle acquisition support from planning through milestone readiness.
Develop and maintain PMO artifacts, schedules, risk logs, and dashboards.
Coordinate with senior government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Prepare executive briefings and status reports for leadership.
