Job summary

Integral Federal seeks a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive growth within Federal Civilian Agencies, focusing on identifying and winning high-value IT services opportunities. The role demands a strategic, results-driven leader who can shape campaigns, build relationships, and expand on-contract growth across the FedCiv market.

Based in Tysons, VA, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage a robust pipeline, and guide capture and proposal efforts to win $10M–$250M+

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years Federal Civilian Agency-related experience.
• Expertise in IT Transformation and Modernization.
• Experience leading large-scale IT support opportunities.
• Understanding of US Government acquisition processes and industry proposal practices (FAR, DFAR).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing contracts and win new opportunities within Federal Civilian Agencies.
• Identify and win new business and on-contract growth awards ranging from $10M to $250M+.
• Collaborate with leadership to craft and implement a Campaign Strategy for new business.
• Understand Federal Civilian IT programs, especially DoS.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive growth and effective pursuit of opportunities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of FedCiv opportunities aligned with strategic growth.
• Provide win strategies and capture/proposal support across the BD lifecycle.
• Stay ahead of market trends and opportunities in the FedCiv IT ecosystem.
