Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Feasibility Manager to lead feasibility strategy across sponsor-dedicated programs. Reporting to Feasibility leadership, you will guide enrollment forecasting, site assessments, and data-driven decision making to accelerate clinical studies in rare diseases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or allied health field, with 7+ years in clinical research or feasibility.
• 5+ years hands-on operational feasibility experience.
• Experience leading feasibility strategy for complex studies or programs.
• Strong data synthesis and enrollment forecasting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility strategy and execution at the study level, supporting trial optimization and delivery of key milestones, while aligning with program-level standards.
• May serve as feasibility lead for a disease area or program, owning end-to-end feasibility across studies within that program.
• Synthesize and analyze feasibility, operational, and enrollment data from multiple sources to develop insights and recommendations.
• Translate findings into data-driven enrollment assumptions, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
