ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a senior clinical operations professional to lead country and site feasibility efforts for global trials. You will coordinate with CRO partners, study teams, and vendors to assess enrollment potential, regulatory timelines, and site performance across multiple regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, public health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO, with extensive experience in country and site feasibility oversight.
• Therapeutic experience in Immunology highly preferred (dermatology, GI - nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Lead country selection strategy developing data-driven recommendations on country mix, site allocation, and enrollment distribution.
• Oversee CRO completion of design and execution of feasibility assessments including protocol-specific feasibility questionnaires, competitive landscape and trial-density analyses, epidemiology and standard-of-care review, and regulatory and start-up timeline mapping by country.
• Pressure-test enrollment assumptions by triangulating internal performance data, external intelligence sources, and direct site and investigator input.
• Build and maintain a curated, indication-specific site and investigator landscape across regions, including academic centers, specialty networks, and high-performing private practices.
