Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks an experienced clinician-operations professional to lead country strategy and site feasibility for global studies. You will coordinate with study teams and CROs to design feasibility assessments, evaluate enrollment potential, and identify high-potential sites and investigators across continents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, public health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO with oversight of country and site feasibility.
• Experience in Immunology preferred (dermatology, GI).
• Demonstrated ownership of country/site selection recommendations for global studies.
• Strong quantitative skills; able to build enrollment models and use trial-landscape data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead country selection strategy with data-driven recommendations on country mix, sites, and enrollment distribution.
• Oversee CROs in design and execution of feasibility assessments including questionnaires, landscape analyses, epidemiology review, and regulatory timelines.
• Build and maintain a landscape of sites and investigators across regions and translate findings into transparent selection recommendations.
• Maintain feasibility metrics and clearly present findings, trade-offs, and risk factors to senior stakeholders.
