Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Feasibility Lead to drive country strategy, site identification, and enrollment planning for global studies in a sponsor-dedicated model.

You will oversee CRO feasibility work, test enrollment assumptions, build country scorecards in Excel, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations that accelerate trial timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, public health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO, with extensive experience in country and site feasibility oversight
• Therapeutic experience: Experience in Immunology highly preferred (dermatology, GI - nice to have)
• Demonstrated ownership of country selection and/or site selection recommendations for global studies, with the analytical work to support them.
• Strong quantitative skills — comfortable building enrollment models and country scorecards in Excel and working with trial-landscape and real-world data platforms (e.g., Citeline/Informa, IQVIA, TriNetX, ClinicalTrials.gov, EU CTIS).
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP, global regulatory and start-up requirements, and country-level submission and approval timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to turn ambiguous data into a clear, defensible recommendation for a senior audience.
• Ability to manage multiple studies and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, lean organization

Responsibilities

• Lead country selection strategy with data-driven recommendations on country mix, site allocation, and enrollment distribution.
• Oversee CRO completion of design and execution of feasibility assessments, including protocol-specific questionnaires and landscape reviews.
• Pressure-test enrollment assumptions by triangulating internal data, external sources, and site input.
• Build and maintain a landscape of sites and investigators across regions.
• Lead site identification and qualification with CROs and translate findings into clear selection recommendations.
• Track site performance history and feed insights into future decisions.
• Maintain feasibility metrics and enrollment data.
• Present feasibility findings, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly.
• Serve as feasibility contact for programs and manage CRO feasibility vendors.
• Partner with Patient Advocacy on patient-finding and recruitment strategies.
