Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science/predictive analytics in insurance or 8+ years in another industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing model strategy for a subset of products and mentor junior data scientists.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models with rigorous validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage filing schedules for rate filings.
• Present results to customers and management; translate analytics for non-technical audiences.
• Improve modeling practices, document assumptions, and lead peer reviews.
• Identify data issues, scrub data, and ensure data quality for modeling tasks.
