Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of management experience in retail or non-retail.
• Retail experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to train and develop associates at all levels.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with managing the sales floor.
• Maintain visual standards throughout the store.
• Execute opening and closing routines, deposits, and shipments.
• Help develop associates at all levels.
• Build a cohesive team aligned with store needs.
• Follow daily directions and store goals; execute LP and safety protocols.
