The role requires training and developing associates, managing openings/closings, and enforcing safety and loss prevention measures. This is a full‑time, on‑site position at a fashion-focused retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of management experience in retail or non-retail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing abilities.
• Ability to train, direct others, and develop associates at all levels.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read store floor plans and safety/operational instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with managing the sales floor.
• Maintain visual standards.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including deposits and receipt of shipments.
• Assist in developing associates at all levels.
• Build a cohesive team that meets store needs.
• Follow daily direction and goals.
• Incorporate Loss Prevention and Safety messages into daily operations.
