Ac Foods seeks a senior Farm Mechanic Level 3 to lead diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a range of farm equipment. You will serve as a key technical resource, guiding and supporting other mechanics to ensure high-quality, safe operations.

Qualifications

Advanced mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
Experience with diagnostic tools and software for modern farm equipment.
Ability to train and mentor other mechanics.
Strong focus on safety and preventative maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

Maintains, repairs, and overhauls farm machinery, including tractors and harvesters.
Performs advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis on complex systems.
Diagnoses and repairs tractor computers and electrical systems.
Accountable for resolving complex equipment issues and minimizing repeat failures.
Disassembles and reassembles machines, testing operation and adjustments.
Performs scheduled preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
