H&R Agri-Power Inc. is seeking a Service Technician in Columbus, MS to perform mid-level and advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on farm equipment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, with hourly pay based on experience and quarterly incentive bonuses based on performance. The technician will inspect equipment, access manuals and schematics, and perform repairs across diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and more.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a Diesel/Heavy Equipment Technician.
• Heavy Equipment or Diesel Tech degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and identify mechanical defects on farm equipment.
• Retrieve manuals, schematics, and procedures to determine repair extent.
• Analyze manuals, schematics, drawings, procedures, and regulations.
• Repair components of diesel engines, hydraulics, AC, electrical, suspension, drive trains, steering, and material handling.
• Complete mid-level and advanced repairs to restore equipment operation.
• Perform periodic maintenance including lubing, fluid checks, and part replacements.
• Keep customers updated on prices, repairs, and time frames.
• Operate tools and heavy machinery safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Receive tickets from Service Manager and complete work with minimal supervision.
• Document repairs and parts used per company standards.
• Coordinate with Service Manager and Parts to order parts.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Follow all vendor deadlines and company standards.

Conhecimentos

Diesel/Heavy Equipment experience
